Red Alert!

. Friday, May 9, 2008

You may know that greasy burgers aren't ranked high on the nutrition "good" list. but you may not realize that too much of any red meat may pose a health risk. Based on study, pre-menopausal women who ate more than ten and half servings of red meat per week were nearly twice as likely to develop estrogen-dependent breast cancer as those who ate three of fewer servings. You don't have to swear off red meat - just eat occasionally and keep portion small.
